Qualifications

• Proven experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role with electro-mechanical products.
• Experience taking products from concept to manufacture.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support across all phases of the product lifecycle, from prototype to production.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste and optimise cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability, appropriate supplier selection and material choices.
• Design and specify manufacturing tools, fixtures, jigs and test systems.
• Support production setup and troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical and software systems.
• Take ownership of engineering change processes and documentation of procedures.
• Act as a mentor and leader within the team, supporting junior engineers and deputising when needed.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role, ideally with electro-mechanical products.
