The role leads multi‑functional teams, drives supply chain strategies, and embeds Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve reliability, productivity and cost efficiency.

You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to deliver the Growth agenda, ensure governance and compliance, and develop talent for a sustainable future in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills at multi-functional levels.
• Experience interfacing with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop plant multi-functional teams to identify improvements and best practices.
• Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan for safe, reliable, and cost-efficient manufacturing.
• Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma approaches per masterplan and phase journey.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and review of manufacturing standards across the site.
• Attract, retain and develop talent to build a sustainable workforce.
