Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Leader to drive IL6S and Factory of Future initiatives, embedding a zero-loss culture and robust governance across the plant. You will lead annual plans, KPIs, and continuous improvements in safety, quality, cost and sustainability.

The role demands strong coaching, leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of translating strategy into operational results within the food manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Proven operational and manufacturing leadership in CPG/Food industry with Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Strong technical background with financial and business acumen; project management and maintenance know-how.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and execution of Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets; deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and engagement goals.
• Cascading, communicating and embedding plans and KPIs with Line Leaders and employees; monthly progress reporting with root-cause analyses.
• Establish and chair a governance framework; drive a zero-loss culture and track improvements with owners and deadlines.
