Job summary

EY Tax is a market leader in transfer pricing and international tax strategy. In this role you will work on multi-country projects, developing integrated strategies for intercompany arrangements and advising on evolving regulatory environments.

You will collaborate with clients and tax authorities, lead project delivery, and mentor junior staff while leveraging EY’s AI-enabled tools to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Significant transfer pricing experience across lifecycle
• Ability to build strong client relationships at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Ability to identify risk areas and lead cross-functional reviews
• Client-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Proven ability to coach and develop junior staff
• Experience in leading, coaching, and delivering complex engagements

Responsibilities

• Shape and articulate solutions to complex technical problems with EY, client, and tax authority stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality technical deliverables across a broad range of TP issues for Partner review.
• Lead the delivery of technically complex TP projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical business value.
• Utilise EY’s market-leading technology and AI-enabled solutions in delivering client services.
• Build, maintain, and lead relationships with key client contacts for high service levels.
• Partner with EY client-serving teams to identify opportunities and expand engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through supervising, coaching, and feedback.
• Lead practice development initiatives such as thought leadership or business development.
