In addition to offering innovative streaming services and digital video products, Paramount provides powerful capabilities in production, distribution and advertising solutions for partners on five continents and across more than 180 countries.

Is this the role for you?

We are looking for a strategically minded, highly adaptable Senior Licensing Manager to join our Consumer Products team, based in London for 12 months. In this exciting role, you will work across the entire Paramount portfolio with some of most iconic properties in entertainment including but not limited to Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Pictures and CBS. You will lead, develop and implement regional growth strategies within the region of EMEA to ensure the successful development and launch of products. You will directly manage the UK Toys & Games Manager ensuring we achieve our business goals for the UK & Ireland.

Your focus will be on building valuable partnerships internally, working in close partnership with Paramount’s Global Toy Team, and externally, directly managing some of the biggest, multi-market licensees across the region. You will have direct management of certain global categories/partners. Please note, this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure the successful implementation of the growth strategy for 2026 and lead the development of a comprehensive 2027/28 strategy for Toys & Games within the region
  • Expand the footprint of our brands through direct and indirect account management
  • Manage your own set of accounts to ensure that they have financial goals and business strategies in place to ensure they are delivering to and beyond expectations
  • You’ll be instrumental in identifying high value revenue opportunities, closing market gaps thus strengthening Paramount’s position in this important region
  • Champion Paramount’s best interests in all commercial negotiations, striving for improved deal terms
  • Proactively plan for renewals, allowing 6+ months to ensure that deal making is done in a timely manner to ensure continuity of business
  • Establish financials goals and business strategies to achieve them, providing input in overall short-term and long-range budget targets
  • You’ll work with licensees on reporting, setting clear expectations, and ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded
  • Oversee the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements, both straight forward and complex, ensuring all rights are in place before deals are finalized
  • Your attention to detail and efficient management will help us maintain high standards and secure optimal contract terms
  • Partner with creative teams and licensees to deliver products that align with our brand vision. You’ll facilitate timely access to assets, guide product development, and ensure all launches meet market demands
  • Hold licensees accountable to their contracted rights, driving development in your identified gaps and areas of opportunity
  • Cultivate strong relationships with licensees by providing them with brand insights, strategic updates, and marketing support. Your ability to engage in regular, strategic discussions will maximize brand visibility and impact
  • Work with the category leads within the Global Toy Team to ensure the implementation of their category specific strategies
  • Be revenue minded, placing a particular focus on the successful roll out of our master toy partnerships
  • Use your local expertise to be the voice of the region and champion our international needs in global forums to help shape go-to-market planning and guidance, working in lock step with franchise leads
  • Collaborate with various teams within Paramount Consumer Products and with our licensees, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and excellence
  • You’ll be an advocate for Paramount’s values and play an essential role in building a positive and innovative workplace environment

What are we looking for?
