The Reward Consulting practice at KPMG is a dedicated team providing reward solutions to UK and non-UK headquartered non-FS clients. It is part of the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has expanded rapidly. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing business with strong leadership support, building on its success.

We seek talented and driven Reward specialists eager to work in a growing environment and be integral to this journey. The successful candidate will engage in business development activities, including client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. Roles and responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver client projects related to Reward workflows, including:
  • Developing engaging reward strategies and structures for clients
  • Creating grading structures and job architecture based on job evaluation
  • Helping clients meet EU Pay Transparency regulations
  • Designing and reviewing incentive plans to ensure relevance
  • Advising on performance metrics, including ESG measures
  • Assessing the impact of corporate transactions on compensation plans
  • Designing workforce plans, employee share purchase, recognition, wellbeing, and benefits schemes
  • Conducting pay and benefits benchmarking
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, discussing people issues, and identifying opportunities
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver integrated advice
  • Delegating and reviewing work of junior team members
  • Training and developing team members
  • Developing innovative solutions and market opportunities
  • Supporting technical knowledge management
  • Managing commercial and contractual aspects of engagements
  • Leading negotiations
  • Presenting reports and findings to senior executives
  • Building strategic client relationships
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
