Ryan, LLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Quality Assurance to lead engagement reviews, assess governance, and strengthen client service while minimising risk.
This role focuses on applying Firm procedures, building trusted advisor relationships with leaders, and delivering actionable recommendations across the client journey.
A Bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 6–8 years of tax services experience are required, with supervisory exposure preferred.
The Senior Manager, Tax Quality Assurance conducts engagement reviews to evaluate key touchpoints across the client journey, assesses compliance with Firm governance, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the client experience and minimise risk. Duties and Responsibilities, as They Align to Ryan’s Key Results People: Contributes to a positive team member experience. Client: Utilises in-depth knowledge of Firmwide and practice-specific governance and quality assurance procedures to design and conduct engagement reviews. Evaluates client service issues and provides recommendations to support clear and consistent standards across the client journey. Reports findings and actionable recommendations to the leadership team and key stakeholders. Builds strong relationships with leaders and team members and becomes a trusted advisor. Collaborates with practices to recommend enhancements that support a consistent client experience and deliver on the Ryan brand promise. Organises and prioritises multiple tasks to ensure client needs are met promptly. Value: Identifies and communicates learning opportunities to the appropriate parties for consideration, including Practice Leaders, Principals, and Talent Effectiveness. Safeguards confidential information and sensitive material. Assists with various Firm initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
