Job summary

Deloitte Digital is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Solution Architect to design and deploy cutting-edge customer service solutions. You will architect integrated solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds, focusing on data modelling, ETL, governance, and API integration to drive scalable outcomes.

This role also requires proactive problem solving and clear communication of complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience architecting Salesforce Data Cloud and related clouds (Sales, Service, Commerce).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL, data governance, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances with Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud.
• Drive end-to-end project execution from analysis to deployment and testing.
