Job summary

Absolute Recruit Ltd. is assisting a premier London accounting firm in appointing a Senior Manager – Regulatory Reporting.

The role focuses on delivering regulatory reporting and advisory services to Financial Services clients across the UK and internationally, with responsibilities spanning technical advice, client relationships, and staff development. The successful candidate will have ACA/ACCA or equivalent and extensive experience in Financial Services regulatory reporting, including FCA

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Experience in regulatory reporting, prudential regulation or financial reporting within Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of the FCA regulatory framework and its application to relevant businesses.
• Experience in areas such as AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF, ICARA and other prudential reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering regulatory reporting and advisory engagements for Financial Services clients across the UK and internationally.
• Providing technical advice on FCA regulatory requirements, including prudential reporting.
• Reviewing regulatory returns, calculations and supporting documentation.
• Advising clients on the interpretation and practical application of complex regulatory requirements.
• Supporting clients with reporting change, reporting transformation and implementation projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and develop additional advisory services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Supervising, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
• Working closely with the Partner on the continued development and growth of the department.
• Exploring opportunities to incorporate technology, automation and AI into the delivery of further services.
