Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Owner - App to own the Cunard and P&O Cruises mobile app product vision and roadmap, balancing guest experience with commercial goals.

You will translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, work closely with DTO for delivery, and monitor engagement and performance to guide priorities.

The role is hybrid in the UK, with opportunities to influence across Brand, Marketing, eCommerce and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the business product vision and roadmap for the Cunard and P&O Cruises mobile app, balancing guest behaviour, commercial objectives and brand strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product briefs that enable effective technical delivery by DTO.
• Monitor app performance across engagement, retention, feature adoption and conversion, using insight to guide product decisions and backlog priorities.
• Act as the authoritative business voice for the app, managing stakeholder demand, cross-functional dependencies and the day-to-day partnership with the Technical Product Owner for App.

Position Requirements

Our ideal candidates are those who possess not only the technical skills required for the role but also a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.

• 7–10+ years’ experience in digital product management or product ownership, including 3–5+ years specifically owning mobile apps.
• Proven accountability for a mobile app across its full lifecycle, from product vision and roadmap development through to delivery and performance optimisation.
• Strong experience translating business intent into high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised product backlogs.
• Demonstrable ability to use customer and commercial data to inform feature prioritisation, product decisions and continuous improvement.
