Job description

About the Role:

This is a pivotal and exciting role working on one of our agency’s newest skincare clients. This is an amazing opportunity to join a newly formed team tasked with driving best in class planning campaigns across markets.

Focussed on Comms Planning, this role is responsible for helping to drive the agenda for this global brand and ensure that media plans are delivered through excellent implementational planning in local markets. In this role you will be a core part of the wider global team.

You need to be comfortable looking at & understanding a media plan and you need to have an innate curiosity & desire to make the work strategically excellent.

About You & the role:

Comms Planning Management
  1. Build comms planning strategies that will enable the client to achieve (& exceed) marketing objectives for specific campaigns.
  2. Ensure effective delivery of the strategy across key cluster markets applying and challenging established planning principles, client and data insights.
  3. Be comfortable writing and presenting media planning documents to senior stakeholders.
  4. Understand and be close to all campaign tracking and evaluation, in order to feed insight into future planning as well as tracking performance and informing ongoing optimisations.
  5. Be the implementational planning expert who understands and can advise on the best use of channels across paid media.
  6. Be comfortable talking to clients about the connection between channels across paid, owned & earned media.
  7. Support the wider team on ad-hoc media projects and thought pieces.
  8. Deliver fully integrated planning and team collaboration across disciplines; on and offline media, influencer, commerce, and build strong creative agency partnerships.
  9. Be regularly in touch with media partners to understand new innovations in the market and receive new audience insights.
