Role Overview
Accountable for the planning function on allocated projects or tenders. Responsible for ensuring projects are effectively planned, scheduled, and monitored. Supports project management in delivering projects on time and profitably. Manages medium to high complexity projects, a portfolio of projects, or sections of larger projects.

Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of scheduling tools and software.
- Up-to-date with industry trends.
- Service excellence, problem-solving, management skills, and talent development.
- Experience with planning techniques across sectors.
- Degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
Additional Qualifications
- Relevant local qualifications.
- Memberships such as APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, etc.
- Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience.
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations.
Note: This role is based at our client's site in Weybridge, Surrey, 3-4 days per week. SC clearance required.
