PwC is seeking a Senior Manager in the Managed Services and Solutioning Team to design scalable, process-led managed service solutions for Financial Services clients, including Banking, Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management.

You will work with Directors and Partners to translate client requirements into practical, deliverable solutions, focusing on operating models and governance while supporting bid development and delivery transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business process design and operating model development.
• Background in managed services or operations transformation within Financial Services is preferred.
• Experience contributing to bids or solution design activities.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, governance models, and control frameworks.

• Design and optimise business processes and service delivery models, including as-is/to-be mapping, service catalogue, SLAs, KPIs, and governance.
• Develop operating model components such as roles, workflows, and transition approaches.
• Support qualification and shaping of managed service opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to bid strategy by defining win themes and compelling narratives.
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable service designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform pricing and enable delivery.
