Job summary

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited to:

Client Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with 3-4 key IMG clients in the British fashion and lifestyle team, serving as the lead liaison and providing regular updates.

Licensee Management:

  • Coordinate with your team to ensure licensees activate their rights, designing, producing, distributing, and marketing licensed products.
  • Collaborate daily with licensees on product development, managing critical paths and approval processes.
  • Provide design ideas and style guides to help licensees apply brands across categories like apparel, accessories, gift, home, outdoor, sport, food, and beverage.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and corporate identity are followed, easing client approval processes.
  • Monitor licensees' sales territories and retail activity, providing updates and success metrics.

New Business Development:

  • Assist the Senior Vice President in researching and pitching new licensees in key categories.
  • Maintain an updated list/matrix of existing and potential licensees to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Facilitate introductions to retailers and support sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to update sales presentations and create case studies or visual mock-ups.
  • Attend relevant trade shows for new business opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Work with finance to track licensee reporting and payments.
  • Prepare quarterly performance reports and forecasts for client revenue and royalties.

Legal Administration:

  • Manage contract creation with legal support for new deals.
  • Input deal terms into CRM platforms and review drafted contracts for accuracy.
  • Ensure contracts are signed and properly filed, resolving any disputes with legal and commercial teams.

  • Experience in licensing, especially in Lifestyle/Fashion brands.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, capable of managing multiple brands and licensees.
  • Proven ability to secure new licensees.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive team player with initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation skills.
