Job summary

Autograph Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Manager for a well-established accountancy practice in Newton Abbot. They are also open to considering a strong Manager stepping up.

You will manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with responsibility across accounts, tax, VAT, client management and team development. There is potential for a pathway to Partnership in the future.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong accountancy practice experience
• Experience across accounts preparation and business/corporate tax
• Ideally some personal tax experience
• Strong client management skills
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Oversee accounts, tax and VAT work and client relationships
• Lead and develop the team with support from a Partner
