Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Grants Management within the Government & Infrastructure Risk Practice. The role focuses on shaping and delivering grant programmes, embedding robust controls and delivering end‑to‑end services from design through to evaluation, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, growth and leadership.

The opportunity involves leading complex, multi‑workstream engagements, building trusted stakeholder partnerships and guiding teams through evolving client needs

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex public sector grant and funding programmes.
• Strong governance and risk management capabilities across programmes.
• Proven ability to drive business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients on design of government grant programmes and operating models.
• Lead end‑to‑end grant administration designs and service delivery.
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance metrics across policy, operations and finance.
• Lead multi‑workstream engagements delivering quality and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and mentor diverse, high‑performing teams.
