Job summary

EY UK is seeking a Senior Manager for Grants Management within the Government & Infrastructure Risk Practice. You will shape and deliver large-scale grant programmes, translating policy objectives into operational delivery, and leading multi-workstream initiatives with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Experience translating policy objectives into operational delivery models.
• Experience across risk, controls, process, and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients on design of government grant and funding programmes.
• Lead design and development of target operating models for grant administration.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping for the fund lifecycle (application through evaluation).
• Identify risks and embed controls within programme design.
• Lead complex, multi-workstream engagements with quality and commercial outcomes.
