Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to shape and deliver the Grants Management solution within Government & Infrastructure Risk. You will advise on grant programme design, develop operating models, map controls and end-to-end processes, and lead workstreams to ensure strong delivery and value.

The role requires expertise in public sector funding, risk and governance, with the ability to lead diverse teams. EY offers hybrid working, flexible arrangements and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of public sector funding programmes and translating policy into delivery models.
• Experience across risk, controls, process and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the design of government grant and funding programmes with strong business acumen.
• Develop operating models for grant administration, including governance, technology and data.
• Map end-to-end fund lifecycle processes (application to evaluation) and identify risks.
• Lead workstreams/engagements ensuring quality, timeliness and commercial performance.
• Oversee operational delivery and monitor programme performance with MI reporting.
• Build deep client relationships and support market growth and proposals.
