Managed Services - Senior Manager

A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting, and statutory accounting obligations through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation, and technology. We are looking for talented Senior Managers with expertise in:

• Deep tax and/or accounting compliance and reporting
• Deep VAT compliance and process management
• Deep transfer pricing compliance and advisory

Additional experience in:

• Engagement management
• Tax governance and controls
• Transformation, transition, and project management
• Client relationship management
• Developing standardized methodologies
• Tax process improvement/redesign
• Technology to support compliance and reporting

Responsibilities include:

• Leading global and UK tax and accounting compliance projects
• Implementing managed service and transformation solutions
• Overseeing technology implementation
• Managing governance, issue resolution, and client contacts
• Business development and contract negotiations
• Developing transformation projects and service offerings
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Managing team members and offshore resources
• Identifying additional client services
• Providing coaching and technical support
• Following KPMG policies and best practices

Knowledge and Experience:

• Strong project management skills, experience in global compliance outsourcing or transformation projects
• Experience in process, risk, and controls design
• Change management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in tax reporting, transfer pricing, and compliance projects
• Technology project experience, including ERP and tax technology solutions
• Designing and managing tax operating models
• Data solutions deployment and technology configuration

Experience in statutory and tax space is beneficial but not mandatory.
