Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting a Senior Manager - Business Management to lead all aspects of Business Management across the Finance Platform. The role provides governance, insight and financial rigor to support decision-making and value delivery within one of Finance's major investment portfolios.

Working with Finance and Technology partners, you will optimise investment, manage costs and align resources to strategic priorities, shaping senior level reports and executive insight to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, performance, finance, strategy or operational leadership within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong business and commercial insight, using data and evidence to see opportunities and drive value.
• Excellent data literacy and analytical capability, translating complex information into actionable insight.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, influencing senior customers through clear and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and value across the Finance Platform with governance and insight.
• Lead Business Management activity across FCOO, Finance and Technology teams.
• Shape priorities and investment decisions, aligning resources to high-value outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and constructive challenge to Platform and leaders.
• Strengthen financial rigor across investment and BAU with forecasting and planning.
• Lead workforce planning and performance management for scale and pace.
