Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc in Bristol, Edinburgh and Leeds is seeking a Senior Manager – Business Management to lead all aspects of Business Management across the Finance Platform. You’ll provide governance, insight and financial rigour to support decision-making, value delivery and cost management in a major investment portfolio.

This hybrid, full-time role requires strong leadership, data literacy, strategic insight and the ability to influence senior leaders across Finance, Technology and Platform teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, performance, finance, strategy or operational leadership within a large and complex organisation.
• Strong business and commercial insight, using data and evidence to see opportunities and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and value across the Finance Platform, using clear measures, governance and insight to support better decisions.
• Lead Business Management activity, creating strong connectivity across FCOO, Finance and Technology teams.
• Shape priorities and investment decisions, ensuring resources are aligned to the highest-value outcomes.
• Provide strategic insight and constructive challenge to Platform, Lab and FCOO leaders.
• Strengthen financial rigor across investment and BAU activity through effective forecasting, planning and governance.
• Lead workforce planning and performance management, ensuring the Platform can operate effectively at pace and scale.
• Drive productivity and continuous improvement, finding opportunities to simplify, automate and improve outcomes.
• Develop clear executive insight and governance materials that support effective decision-making.
