The Enterprise Sales Manager leads a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve revenue and margin goals, develop outcome-based business strategies, build strong client relationships, and guide the team to performance excellence. This roleis responsible fordriving pan-HP account growth, developing clear strategies for key accounts, and fostering a culture of talent and productivity. The Enterprise Sales Manager acts as a strategic leader, ensuring sales activities align with legal and ethical standards and HP's values.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7-10 Account Executives (AEs), providing coaching and guidance throughout the sales process.
Sales Coverage: Developand executeplans to meetsales and margin targets,allocateresources effectively, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
Account Planning: Create and implementbest-in-class sales strategiesfor key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Solution Selling: Present products and services as solutions to customer challenges, focusing on value and outcomes.
Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and manage sales pipelines to achieve both short-term and long-term businessobjectives.for long-term pipeline development and short-term goal achievement.
Executive Engagement: Develop relationships with senior client executivesand,represent HP at industry and customer events.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet legal and ethical standards.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Monitor forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy andtimelydelivery,buildingrecovery plans as needed.
People Development: Support the growth and development of team members, encouraging skill-building, andfostera culture of performance excellence.
Coaching & Performance Management: Support the growth and development of team members, encouraging skill-building.
Education : Bachelor’s degreeis preferredbut notrequired.
Experience : Typically10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of experience in salesmanagement.
