Your Role

You will assist our clients in identifying, mapping, and improving the customer journey, guiding them through complex change roadmaps, and helping them balance business change with technology change to deliver benefits, delight customers, and engage the business. We support our clients with traditional Energy Retail challenges such as billing, CRM, bad debt, optimization, and efficiency.
