This role requires high judgement, cross-functional influence, and a focus on practical, deliverable client outcomes. You will lead discussions, review objectives and risks, and coordinate input from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years’ experience in technology consulting or related delivery roles.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex, high-stakes topics.
• Track record near digital/AI transformation and product delivery.
• Strong understanding of idea-to-implementation, adoption, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders on AI, digital, software, and product opportunities.
• Review materials to clarify objectives, delivery approach, success measures, and risks.
• Coordinate input from commercial, technical, product, data, legal, finance, and delivery teams.
• Translate discussions into clear recommendations, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Shape practical, deliverable, commercially sound client commitments and value realization.
• Develop repeatable tools and guidance to raise delivery excellence across BCG X.
