EY in Belfast seeks a Senior Manager- Solicitor - Corporate to join a Tier 1-accredited corporate law team. Based in Belfast, you will work on high-profile domestic and international matters, guiding clients through complex structuring and governance issues with a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers and non-lawyers.

You will shape the team's processes, train colleagues, and drive innovative uses of technology to improve service delivery, while maintaining rigorous drafting, research, and time

Competenze

• This role requires a NI or English law-qualified corporate solicitor with PQE, ideally gained in UK private practice.
• Strong drafting, research and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in solving client problems in a multi-disciplinary environment with both lawyers and non-lawyers.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
