Xeinadin in Manchester is expanding its central compliance team and is seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance with ACA/ACCA background to lead regional regulatory programs. The role focuses on overseeing compliance monitoring, implementing policy changes across offices, and building robust processes.

You will partner with AMPs and the RMP to drive improvements and ensure consistent standards across the UK North region.

Qualifications

• ACA/ ACCA qualified with portfolio management or audit background.
• Experience driving compliance monitoring and policy implementation.
• Experience in a general practice environment is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all offices within the region comply with regulatory policies, processes and industry regulations.
• Partner with the appropriate RMP to roll out changes to compliance related policies and processes within the regional offices, working with AMPs to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor compliance continuously, elevate concerns and proactively address non-compliance issues.
• Support the AMPs and RMP with developing and executing action plans based on compliance findings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reporting.
• Contribute to overseeing AML processes within the regional offices, working with the central AML team to ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Description We are expanding our central compliance team and are looking to appoint an Accounting Generalist with a background in practice. Ideally, you will have experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practice within a general accounting environment.

This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance monitoring and implementation across the breadth of Xeinadin’s office network in the UK North region. It offers an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant who is looking to take the next step in their career and make a broader impact within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all offices within the region comply with regulatory compliance policies, processes and industry regulations.

Key Requirements ACA/ ACCA qualified with a background in portfolio management or audit and a wider managerial experience running day-day operations in a busy general practice environment.
