Xeinadin Group in Manchester is expanding its central compliance team and is looking to appoint an Accounting Generalist with a background in practice. The role oversees compliance monitoring and AML processes across the UK North regional offices, driving improvements and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

ACA/ACCA qualified candidates with portfolio management or audit experience and strong managerial capabilities are encouraged to apply; this role offers hybrid working and clear

Responsibilities

• Ensure all offices within the region comply with regulatory compliance policies, processes and industry regulations.
• Partner with the RMP to roll out changes to compliance-related policies and processes within the regional offices, working with AMPs to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor compliance continuously, escalate concerns and proactively address non-compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reporting.
• Contribute to overseeing AML processes within the regional offices, working with the central AML team to ensure compliance with relevant business wide policies and procedures.
