Job summary

Wharton Business Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to join our leadership team as we grow. You will own client relationships, drive exceptional delivery and shape the direction of the business from London offices and client sites.

You will lead multi-workstream engagements, build strategic client relationships at senior levels, support business growth, and contribute to our methodologies while coaching junior colleagues to help unlock value for clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality client engagements, managing scope, timelines and budgets.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and leading delivery teams.
• Strategic and commercial approach to client relationship management at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client engagements to the highest standard.
• Build and manage strategic client relationships at senior levels, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with the Executive team to develop propositions, identify new opportunities and support business growth.
• Contribute to the development of our methodology, tools and thought leadership in your area of expertise.
• Coach and develop junior team members, acting as a role model for our values and behaviours.
