Job Description:

The Role

As the Audit Resourcing Senior Manager KPE, your key accountabilities are as follows:

  • Ensuring engagements are staffed and utilisation is optimised, driving a fair work allocation for staff while maintaining quality.
  • Operating a clear escalation and resolution process understood by Audit and leadership.
  • Delivering a forward planning process in line with Audit leadership's requirements.
  • Managing the SOQM process related to engagement assignments with proper checks and documentation.
  • Providing a cost-effective service through blended onshore/offshore workforce and technology.
  • Collaborating with other KBS teams (e.g., Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition) for demand fulfillment.
  • Providing accurate performance data for stakeholders to assess resourcing and performance metrics.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting operational requirements and delivering a positive colleague experience.

Performance Management

  • Managing Resource Managers and overseeing team performance and recruitment.
  • Focusing on service delivery outcomes, metrics, workload management, and promoting an inclusive culture aligned with KPMG values.

What you will bring to the role:

Skills and experience required:

  • Strong understanding of Talent Deployment and operations in Audit or similar industry.
  • Resilient, adaptable to change, and experienced in senior-level partnership and operational delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting confidently across all levels and coaching team members.
  • Ability to handle large volumes, lead in a high-performance environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills with strategic influence and facilitation abilities.
  • Discretion and ethical behaviour in handling confidential information.
  • Resourcefulness and strong networking skills within audit, KBS, and wider firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and delivering data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience in driving operational efficiencies and familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
