Job summary

Teneo Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and shape large client engagements, working closely with Directors and Managing Directors. You will drive AI strategy and transformation initiatives, framing problems, prioritising use cases, and delivering measurable business value.

You will manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to business development while maintaining strong relationships with senior clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Strategy or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex client engagements or transformation programmes.
• Experience collaborating with senior client stakeholders and multiple delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Structure and lead projects or major workstreams with day-to-day ownership.
• Translate business problems into hypotheses and practical solutions; produce high-quality outputs.
• Develop and validate the 'answer' with senior colleagues and clients, ensuring business value.
• Lead AI diagnostic and strategy engagements, prioritising AI use cases and value cases.
• Oversee AI transformation initiatives from prioritised use cases to production and adoption.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues; manage case teams and workload.
