EPAM Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Management - Application Security to steer enterprise AppSec programs in a hybrid model. You will integrate agentic workflows and AI optimization into security processes, translating findings into executive-ready reporting to drive measurable risk reduction.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, governance, and managing program financials while aligning with business outcomes and resilience goals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale delivery management within cybersecurity.
• Strong credentials in security (CSSLP/CISM/CISSP or equivalent).
• Experience with AI-driven optimization, agentic workflows or automated security pipelines.
• Deep understanding of AppSec lifecycles, risk quantification and executive governance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and program financials.

Responsibilities

• Steer roadmap, milestones, governance, risks and financials of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead integration of AI optimization into security processes to remediate high-risk findings quickly.
• Govern processes to validate, deduplicate and rank findings by impact and exploitability.
• Create evaluation criteria and reporting to show security posture across portfolios.
• Translate AppSec metrics and risk milestones into reporting for executives.
