Qualifikationen

• Professionally qualified accountant in good standing with CPA Bermuda or a similar professional body.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or a similar professional-services environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and Bermuda payroll legislation.
• Experience managing teams, client engagements, and operational improvements.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and accounting workflow platforms such as Karbon.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled finance tools or healthcare clients is an advantage.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients, developing teams, and finding better ways to deliver accounting services.

You'll oversee a portfolio of client engagements, lead and support our Accounting Services team, and help improve how we work through smarter processes, technology, and automation.

Client Service & Engagement Management
