Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced General Ledger Accountant to manage day-to-day ledger operations and oversee the full-cycle close in a global, public company environment.

You will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX controls, drive process improvements, and collaborate with FP&A and Financial Reporting across functions to deliver accurate financial statements and robust policies.

Qualifications

• Extensive public company accounting experience within a relevant industry.
• Proven experience managing and developing staff.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, PCAOB standards, and SOX internal controls.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle financial close processes.
• Experience maintaining robust accounting operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACA/ACCA/CPA qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite (nice to have).

Responsibilities
