• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
• Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Liaising with HMRC and other professional bodies where required.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing a varied portfolio, supporting the development of junior staff, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
