Job summary

Ascent Professional Services, London-based, seeks a Senior Manager with strong management consulting experience across the Energy & Utilities sector to lead complex engagements and grow the practice.

You’ll combine sector expertise with consulting fundamentals, shape and deliver programs from scoping to delivery, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite, while mentoring teams and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting experience with energy & utilities exposure.
• Experience across organisation design, organisational strategy, performance improvement or people-related change.
• Track record of leading consulting engagements and teams.
• Confidence engaging, advising and challenging senior executives.
• Interest in business development and practice growth.
