The Consultant will work with client stakeholders across various sectors, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in industry or professional services, in a commercial role, with a Finance or Accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. A solid understanding of business principles and Profit & Loss statements, along with excellent communication and analytical skills, is essential.

Position Details:

Type: Permanent, Full-time (May 2025)

Salary: £45-60k per annum, depending on role and experience

Role: Senior Management Consultant – Operations & Supply Chain

Our fast-paced business involves challenging engagements aimed at identifying and delivering value to increase client profitability. The sectors include retail, healthcare, hospitality, and infrastructure.

The Consultant will analyze large datasets, derive insights, review strategic options, and present findings to senior client stakeholders in finance, operations, or supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analysis and strategy development to identify profit improvement opportunities in operations and supply chain functions.
2. Develop financial models to assess profitability, costs, and investment opportunities.
3. Prepare presentations and reports summarizing financial insights for clients.
4. Utilize Insider Pro’s Agile process for project efficiency and optimal outcomes.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and visibility.
6. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in approaches.
