Dynamic Group Ltd, based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to own the finance function. This office-based role requires strong technical expertise in CIS and contractor payroll within a recruitment context, and the ability to deliver accurate monthly management information.

The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, drive improvements in processes, and partner with directors to support strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of CIS and payroll in a recruitment environment.
• Excellent command of VAT and general accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with variance analysis.
• Produce financial reports for senior leadership to support strategy.
• Manage cash flow planning and financial controls.
