Dynamic Group Ltd, based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Senior Management Accountant to own the finance function and drive strategic decision-making. This fully office-based role requires reliable commuting to the Radlett office and hands-on leadership of financial operations.

You will oversee monthly management accounts, payroll, CIS/vat compliance, and reporting to senior management, while continuously improving processes and controls to support business growth within the recruitment

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a Senior Management Accountant or Finance Manager role.
• Strong understanding of contractor payroll and CIS in recruitment.
• Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Extensive experience with VAT and payroll compliance.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Oversee payroll and contractor payments in a recruitment environment.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable incl. supplier payments and credit control.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns and CIS submissions for HMRC.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls.
