Job summary

ISx4 Group is seeking a recently qualified or part-qualified Accountant to lead the Finance function. You will perform hands-on accounting, drive accurate management reporting, and provide timely financial information to senior management.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and Operations within the COO function. You will manage ledgers across currencies/locations, handle debtors, suppliers, and payroll assistance, and contribute to VAT returns and monthly closes.

Qualifications

• Qualified or nearly qualified accounting professional.
• 5+ years of experience as a management accountant or similar finance role.
• Strong control mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle general ledgers across multiple currencies and companies.
• Manage debtors and supplier accounts, including invoicing and payments.
• Assist monthly payroll and VAT returns (UK/ROI).
• Produce monthly management reports with commentary and variance analysis.
• Lead process automation design to improve finance processes.
