Job summary

Doncaster Racecourse and Exhibition Centre is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant (Greyhounds) to take responsibility for management accounts for two UK companies up to consolidation. You will reconcile raceday revenue, post journals in Netsuite, support monthly reviews, and lead payroll-related postings with close liaison to site managers.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile raceday revenue and post weekly revenue journals.
• Support monthly management account reviews with site General Managers.
• Compile weekly race day forecast reports for senior management.
• Review payroll file and post payroll journals.
• Prepare and follow up invoices to sponsors and industry partners.
• Perform bank, cash and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist cashflow reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
