We seek a technically strong and commercially minded Management Accountant to own the monthly management accounts, controls and reporting while enhancing finance processes and supporting the migration from Xero to NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role establishing strong financial controls and processes.
• Month-end close, journals, accruals and reconciliations experience.
• Support Finance Director with financial analysis and management reporting.
• Assist in developing finance systems and reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts process and timely reporting.
• Prepare month-end journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Develop a structured month-end close with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ensure general ledger integrity and investigate anomalies.
• Produce P&L, balance sheet and related schedules.
• Analyze variances against budget/forecast and prior periods.
• Support NetSuite migration from Xero and related finance processes.
