Job summary

LADbible Group is recruiting a Senior Management Accountant to join our Group Finance team, a high-impact role with broad exposure across a global listed business. You will take ownership of the monthly close, drive reporting and insights, and contribute to NetSuite implementation, with a view to leveraging AI to enhance processes.

This role suits a proactive qualified accountant who can build strong relationships, deliver accurate reporting and guide a developing Assistant Management Accountant

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong management accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and IFRS 15.
• Ability to analyse financial results and communicate commercially.
• Experience leading or mentoring others is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close across the Group, delivering timely, IFRS-compliant management accounts.
• Protect revenue integrity, ensuring accurate recognition of revenue and related items.
• Prepare reconciliations for key balance sheet areas and resolve issues promptly.
• Drive NetSuite implementation and contribute to smarter, scalable reporting.
• Provide meaningful analysis with commercial insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor an Assistant Management Accountant and develop the team.
