AMETEK Inc. is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to support the Director of Finance in delivering accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful business analysis.

You will own key month-end activities, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations across the organisation, including UK and international entities. Ideal candidates are fully/part-qualified with strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with stakeholders to drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Fully qualified AAT.
• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, or qualified by relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly management reports and performance analysis.
• Own month-end close activities and journals.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and KPIs.
• Support VAT returns, tax packs, and audit deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and process improvements.
• Utilise AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
