Job summary

You'll partner with stakeholders across operations and HQ to drive better decisions, build robust balance sheet reconciliations and lead the annual audit process where needed. A data-driven mindset and advanced Excel/Power BI skills are essential to streamline reporting and automate processes.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• -Proven post‑qualification experience in management accounts, reporting and forecasting.
• -Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• -Experience in multi-site hospitality/retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own key areas of the period-end close from start to finish with an insightful story behind the numbers.
• Lead period-end and mid-period gross profit reporting for 300+ sites.
• Produce and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and post journals, accruals and adjustments.
• Lead budgets and forecasts, challenge assumptions, improve accuracy for operational decisions.
• Business partner with operations and HQ to understand costs and drive savings.
• Build reports and dashboards for stakeholders with clear information.
