Beyond reporting, you'll be expected to identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate finance processes, helping to build greater efficiency, control and insight across the organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strong technical accounting expertise with people leadership, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Financial Controls and Governance: Ensure strong governance, control and compliance across all management accounting processes. You'll oversee balance sheet reconciliations and close assurance activities, maintain adherence to accounting policies and finance standards, and proactively identify and address reporting risks and control weaknesses to safeguard the quality and accuracy of financial information.

Continuous Improvement and Transformation: Drive continuous improvement across the Management Accounts function by simplifying, standardising and automating processes. Working closely with finance and technology teams, you'll lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reporting quality and insight, while developing and delivering a roadmap that strengthens systems, processes and ways of working.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, acting as a trusted source of financial expertise and insight. You'll understand the business performance and be able to link this understanding to the financial outcomes.
