Base pay range

Senior Management Accountant in Media | Central London | £55-60k plus bonus

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant role in a leading Media & Entertainment organisation with a supportive culture and opportunity for progression.

My client is a leading media business who is looking to bring in a Senior Management Accountant on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic role for someone who is looking to develop their career within accounting at a market leading global business. This would be the perfect next step for a qualified accountant who is experience with management accounting.

You must be available to start within 1 month.

The Role

As a key member of the finance team, this role is responsible for management accounting duties including:

• Monthly and quarterly reporting on the group P&L and balance sheet
• Commentary on key variances and KPIs
• Review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning
• Support statutory audit and reporting
• Business partnering with the wider business to provide monthly reporting and analysis
• Support development of current internal processes and controls to ensure compliance

You will regularly interact with senior management, meaning that stakeholder management skills and an affable personality are a must. This role requires a strong performer and somebody with the ambition and intellect to apply their own insights were possible and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Your Background

You are a qualified (or finalist or QBE) accountant with at least 3 years hand on management accounting experience. Ideally, you have worked in a leading media business.

Central London with hybrid working from home.
