Parkdean Resorts is seeking a detail-driven finance professional to own the Owner Income accounting, deliver monthly management accounts, and provide insightful commentary to support business decisions across our 65 parks.

You will line-manage one direct report and work with the leadership team to maintain strong financial controls, optimize profitability, and drive cost-effective operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience of multi-site or similar size business.
• Experience of supporting operational teams.
• Sun systems knowledge preferred.
• Experience of Microsoft packages.
• Process improvement and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Owner Income P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Produce monthly/weekly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries.
• Provide value-added commentary to support profitability and growth.
• Manage owner billing for utilities, insurances and recharges, linking to overheads.
• Oversee year-end process with auditors and respond to queries.

In this key role, you'll provide valuable financial insight to the leadership team, helping to shape business decisions while ensuring strong financial controls are always in place. What you will be doing...

• Line Management responsibility for one direct report.
• Overall owner for the Owner Income P&L and associated Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Produce monthly / weekly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries
• Analyse financial information to provide value added commentary to assist business profitability and growth
• Carry out monthly/ weekly calculations for owners billing covering utilities, insurance, and recharges, continually reviewing rates charged, ensuring link to the overheads P&L
• Managing the Owners year end process including liaising with auditors and responding to audit queries in a timely manner
• Carry out continuous reviews of working practices to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
