Your new company
A national charity based here in Bristol is looking for a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis to be based from their head office 1 day per week and 4 days working from home.
Your new role
You'll work closely with the Finance Manager to support the strategic decision-making and drive financial excellence across the organisation.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis for key business areasEnsure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory standardsManage billing and cash collection processes to ensure timely reimbursementLead, mentor, and develop a Junior Management Accountant, building a high-performing teamSupport the Finance Manager in maintaining a robust financial control environmentWhat you'll need to succeedThis is a great opportunity for someone to join a friendly and welcoming team. The successful candidate will:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with post-qualification experienceStrong background in preparing management accounts and working in the commercial sectorProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Access finance systemsProven leadership and team management skillsWhat you'll get in returnThe business has a range of benefits and great reasons to join, including:
