Job summary

Sinewave is seeking a Senior Major Projects Project Manager for Swindon with UK travel. You will own a portfolio of 33-132 kV projects from award to completion, coordinating Commercial, Design and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality and budget targets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive project management experience in electrical utilities, plus P&L management and strong stakeholder communication. The role supports growth and sustainability in energy solutions across the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience in electrical utility or construction.
• Delivery of multi-million-pound projects through full life cycle.
• Ability to manage project P&L, forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-million-pound major projects end-to-end.
• Own programme scope, resources, quality, budget and profitability.
• Forecast costs, financial reporting and routine governance.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Design and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide project feedback and lessons learned to the Commercial team.
• Make timely site visits across the UK to troubleshoot and audit.
• Ensure sustainable delivery with safety and competence in mind.
• Mentor colleagues within the Major Projects team.
