• Experience in securing major gifts and donor stewardship.
• Proven ability to manage significant donor portfolios.
• Ability to create compelling research proposals for donors.
• Strong skills in engagement through events, lab visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Take a proactive lead on securing major gifts, managing a portfolio of high-value prospects and donors, with significant scope to develop new opportunities and influence future growth of the philanthropy programme.
• Create compelling research proposals and engage donors through events, lab visits, and meetings.
• Manage existing supporters and increase income by identifying prospects and securing new donations.
• Lead the mid-value programme, shaping its future direction to improve efficiency, enhance engagement and drive income growth.
• Manage the Philanthropy & Partnerships Officer, ensuring effective relationship management and excellent donor stewardship across the team.
